On Monday and Tuesday, 5th to 6th of December 2022, St Louis Surabaya Catholic High School facilitated the Sacrament of Penance for Catholic students of all grades. Students who don’t have remedial tests may start attending right away, while those who do start at 07.30 AM. The sacrament was held in preparation for Christmas at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cathedral. While waiting for their turn, Catholic students read guidance books so they could memorize what to say when they are inside the confession room and were provided with reflective questions to help. After that, the students queued, entered the confession room, and did their penitence. The event went smoothly and peacefully because most of the students were cooperative and really used this opportunity well.
